Lead day-to-day pharmacy operations, counsel patients, and oversee dispensing accuracy in a fast-paced community pharmacy.
Support prescription processing, customer service, and inventory management in a collaborative team environment.
Prepare sterile and non-sterile compounded medications following USP 797 & 795 standards in our state-of-the-art lab.

Ropheka Pharmacy is looking for a motivated intern to help support our 2026 Flu Tour and community outreach efforts.
This role will focus on identifying organizations that may benefit from hosting flu clinics, building outreach lists, sending emails, following up with potential partners, and helping coordinate opportunities for Ropheka Pharmacy to serve the community.
This is a great opportunity for a student who wants hands-on experience in community pharmacy, public health, immunization outreach, healthcare marketing, lead generation, and relationship-building.
Research local organizations that may be interested in hosting a flu clinic
Build and maintain a lead list of churches, schools, daycares, businesses, senior communities, assisted living facilities, nonprofits, clinics, and community groups
Identify key decision-makers and contact information
Use Google, LinkedIn, local directories, chamber listings, email research, and AI tools to support lead generation
Organize outreach contacts in a spreadsheet or tracker
Draft and send professional outreach emails
Follow up with organizations that do not respond
Help schedule calls, meetings, or site visits
Assist with in-person visits when needed
Track responses, interest level, and follow-up dates
Help prepare outreach scripts, email templates, and simple communication materials
Help identify potential flu clinic sites
Collect basic clinic details such as contact person, location, estimated participants, preferred dates, and special needs
Support planning for on-site flu clinic logistics
Help organize the flu clinic outreach calendar
Assist with reminder emails and confirmation messages
Support Ropheka Pharmacy’s broader community health initiatives
Use AI tools to help draft outreach emails, follow-up messages, flyers, and call scripts
Help personalize messages for churches, schools, businesses, senior communities, and local organizations
Support simple lead-generation campaigns
Help create and organize outreach content for Ropheka Pharmacy’s 2026 Flu Tour
Current pharmacy student preferred
Students in public health, healthcare administration, marketing, business, communications, or related fields may also apply
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable sending emails and following up professionally
Organized and detail-oriented
Willing to learn how to use AI tools for outreach and lead generation
Interested in community pharmacy, immunizations, public health, or healthcare outreach
Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
Comfortable using Google Sheets, Excel, or basic tracking tools
Comfortable with email outreach
Comfortable making phone calls or in-person visits when needed
Familiarity with Canva, ChatGPT, or other AI tools is a plus
Interest in pharmacy business development, public health, or community engagement
Real-world community pharmacy experience
Exposure to immunization clinic planning
Experience with healthcare outreach and lead generation
Training in professional communication and follow-up
Understanding of how independent pharmacies build community partnerships
Hands-on experience using AI tools for healthcare outreach
Opportunity to support a meaningful public health initiative in the local community
The main goal of this internship is to help Ropheka Pharmacy build a strong 2026 Flu Tour outreach pipeline.
By the end of the internship, the goal is to help create:
A list of potential flu clinic partners
Contact names, emails, and phone numbers
Outreach status and follow-up notes
Interested organizations
Potential clinic dates
A repeatable outreach system for future vaccine and wellness campaigns
